Special Meeting Minutes
Thursday, July 5, 2012, 7:00 p.m.
FIRST FLOOR MEETING ROOM
OLD LYME MEMORIAL TOWN HALL
52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme CT
- Call to Order; identify voting members and guests.
Chairman Dimitri Tolchinski called meeting to Order at 7:15pm.
Voting members present: Dimitri Tolchinski, Luisa Grogan and
Andrea Lombard.
Absent members: George James, Roger Breunig, David Redfield, Mervin Roberts and Keith Czarnecki.
Louis Russo was excused.
Also were present WPCA Engineer Brian Curtis, Attorney Narcy Dubicki, Town First Selectwoman Bonnie Reemsnyder, Selectwoman Mary Jo Nosal, and Selectman Skip Sibley. There were 26 people from the beach communities present in the audience.
Chairman Dimitri Tolchinski stated that the Special Meeting could be conducted
only if at least 5 voting members are present to have a quorum.
Chairman Dimitri Tolchinski stated that he is ashamed to be unable to conduct this meeting because of lack of attendance by the very members who asked for this meeting in the first place.
He offered the public an opportunity to have a conversation with the town officials and the present WPCA members, engineer and attorney.
The conversation ended at 9:30pm. NO VOTE WAS TAKEN.
